These terms apply to all users of the bjbajji platform, including registered account holders, visitors browsing the site without an account, and any person accessing the platform through a mobile device or browser.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and bjbajji with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

To register and maintain an account on bjbajji, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bjbajji strictly enforces this requirement. 18+
• You must be an individual person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.

bjbajji-Initiated Closure: bjbajji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal activity.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy — see below).

Player-Requested Closure: You may request closure of your bjbajji account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method within 3–5 business days, provided that all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion.
